Hours of Operation

Mondays: line opens at 4:30 pm,

Market opens from 5 pm – 7 pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays: line opens at 9:30 am,

Market opens from 10 am – 1 pm

The line closes when we’ve reached capacity or 15 minutes before the Market closes.

The Market at CAIN will be closed for the following holidays:

Winter Break: December 22nd, 2025- January 2nd, 2026
MLK Day: January 19th
Memorial Day: May 25th
Labor Day: September 7th
Thanksgiving: November 26th

What To Know Before You Shop

We serve ALL zip codes!
You do not need to bring any documentation when you visit. We will ask you to fill out some information about yourself and anyone you consider a part of your household. You can find that form HERE.
You are welcome to shop for a neighbor, family member, friend or client if they cannot make it to the market themselves.
We are a CHOICE pantry – which means you will be able to pick out items as you would in a grocery store. If you are shopping for someone else, it is helpful to know what their preferences are before coming to make shopping quick and easy.
Please bring your own bags. We can provide boxes and donated bags as they are available.
The lobby is only accessible by stairs, however the pantry is completely accessible by mobility aid device. Let us know upon arrival if you need to skip the stairs and we will take you around. There are restrooms that are accessible by mobility aid device as well.

How To Sign In

When the line opens, guests can sign in using text, online, an app or in person. We recommend texting in to save yourself time! You can not sign in any earlier than the times posted above.

To Text

Text your name to 513-548-1024.

The system will only take up to one first and one last name. For example, you can submit ‘Michael Scott’ but not ‘Michael Gary Scott’. You can only sign up one person at a time via text.

To Use the App

Find the ‘WaitWell’ app in your device’s app store, set up your name and phone number, and find us by searching ‘CAIN’.

Find our page here, choose your language, and complete the form. Be aware if you close the page you will not be able to check on your place in line.

To Be Assisted In-Person

If you do not have access to a cell phone or other device we are happy to sign you in in-person! We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before the line opens if you would like to ensure your place in line that day.
