Starting in March 2025, CAIN will only offer utility assistance, and not rent assistance. CAIN is able to offer utility assistance to Northside (zipcode 45223) residents when funding is available. Applying for utility assistance does not guarantee that CAIN will be able to assist you. Please fill out the form by following the instructions of each question. Providing more detail assists CAIN staff in reviewing the application.

This application is for utility assistance. At this time, we are not accepting applications for rent assistance. *OK

CAIN's ability to help with utility depends on whether or not we have funding. *OK

If CAIN does have funding, assistance is not guaranteed. *OK

If the form is not filled out completely, your application will be rejected. *OK

We WILL process all applications submitted while the application cycle is open, however if you are not accepted you will not receive a response. CAIN's team is small and we appreciate your understanding. *OK
